*1 For registration, please send a copy of your vaccination card OR please bring your vaccination card upon arrival.
*2 Maximum of 10 persons per session only to maintain social distancing. Each person is only allowed one (1) companion each.

*4 Only the first four(4) registrants will be given a 15 minute simulator trial after the session.
