Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP)

All Asia Aviation Academy is fully certified and regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) as:

· a CAAP-authorized Aviation Examination Board (AEB) Examination Center

Bureau of Immigration (BI)

All Asia Aviation Academy is officially accredited by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) to accept and host foreign pilot trainees.

This accreditation guarantees full compliance with Philippine immigration laws and requirements for international students. From enrollment through program completion, all visa-related documentation and extensions are managed in accordance with government regulations—allowing international trainees to focus entirely on their flight training with confidence and peace of mind.

National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)

As part of AAA’s enrollment and registration process, all local and foreign trainees are required to undergo NBI Clearance processing.

This mandatory screening ensures that all students are properly verified and cleared of any derogatory records, contributing to a safe, secure, and trustworthy training environment for the entire AAA community.

National Telecommunications Commission (NTC)

All Asia Aviation Academy is recognized by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) for the issuance of Radiotelephony (RT) Licenses.

Prior to commencing flight training, all students secure a valid NTC-issued RT License, which must be carried and maintained throughout flight operations. This ensures lawful, standardized, and safe radio communication practices in accordance with national aviation and telecommunications regulations.

Redbird Flight Simulations

AAA is among the first flight training institutions to operate the Redbird MCX Full-Motion Flight Simulator.

Through an ongoing partnership with Redbird Flight Simulations, AAA continuously upgrades, updates, and maintains its simulator systems—ensuring that all Flight Simulation Training Device (FSTD) instruction remains current, realistic, and aligned with modern airline training standards.

The Redbird MCX also plays a role in pilot evaluation and readiness assessments, supporting structured skill development and standardized performance review.

TECNAM

AAA maintains a long-standing partnership with TECNAM, the manufacturer of its P2006T multi-engine aircraft.

All engine parts and related services for AAA’s TECNAM P2006T aircraft are sourced exclusively from ROTAX.

All Asia Aviation Maintenance

All Asia Aviation Maintenance, a CAAP-certified Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO), serves as the official and exclusive aircraft maintenance arm of AAA.

By providing in-house maintenance services for the Academy’s entire fleet, the AMO ensures consistent safety standards, rapid maintenance response, and strict quality control—significantly reducing downtime and enhancing training efficiency.

Cebu Pacific Air

AAA maintains a strong operational collaboration with Cebu Pacific Air, one of the Philippines’ largest commercial airlines, through the use of the Redbird MCX Full Motion Simulator.

Through this partnership, Cebu Pacific utilizes AAA Academy’s simulator facilities to assess and cross-check prospective pilot applicants prior to employment. The trust placed in AAA Academy by a major airline such as Cebu Pacific reflects the academy’s credibility and high training standards. Sputnik Aviation
