Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP)

All Asia Aviation Academy is fully certified and regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) as:

· an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO)
· a CAAP-authorized Aviation Examination Board (AEB) Examination Center

All Asia Aviation Academy is officially accredited by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) to accept and host foreign pilot trainees.

This accreditation guarantees full compliance with Philippine immigration laws and requirements for international students. From enrollment through program completion, all visa-related documentation and extensions are managed in accordance with government regulations—allowing international trainees to focus entirely on their flight training with confidence and peace of mind.

National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)

As part of AAA’s enrollment and registration process, all local and foreign trainees are required to undergo NBI Clearance processing.

National Telecommunications Commission (NTC)

All Asia Aviation Academy is recognized by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) for the issuance of Radiotelephony (RT) Licenses.

Prior to commencing flight training, all students secure a valid NTC-issued RT License, which must be carried and maintained throughout flight operations. This ensures lawful, standardized, and safe radio communication practices in accordance with national aviation and telecommunications regulations.

AAA is among the first flight training institutions to operate the Redbird MCX Full-Motion Flight Simulator.

All Asia Aviation Maintenance, a CAAP-certified Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO), serves as the official and exclusive aircraft maintenance arm of AAA.

By providing in-house maintenance services for the Academy’s entire fleet, the AMO ensures consistent safety standards, rapid maintenance response, and strict quality control—significantly reducing downtime and enhancing training efficiency.
