Capt. Aldrin Chester Rees 🇵🇭

I once dreamed about becoming a pilot and never believed it would come true.
In 2020, AAA offered online pilot training courses during the pandemic, and I decided to take the chance despite the uncertainty in the aviation industry.

Looking back, that decision changed my life. By 2022, I had the opportunity to become a Flight Instructor, and in 2023 I started flying the Airbus as an airline pilot.

I am deeply grateful to the instructors, staff, and management of AAA who supported me throughout my journey.

Capt. Jed Kiefer Santos 🇵🇭

My journey with All Asia Aviation Academy (AAA) has been nothing short of transformative. From earning my Private Pilot License (PPL) to advancing through rigorous training, AAA provided me with the skills, discipline, and confidence needed to succeed. The academy’s structured program, dedicated instructors, and supportive environment played a crucial role in shaping me into the aviator I am today.

Passing the Cebu Pacific interview and examination was a testament to the solid foundation AAA instilled in me. The challenges were tough, but the training prepared me to face them head-on with determination and precision.

AAA didn’t just teach me how to fly-it taught me how to soar.

The journey to becoming a pilot is not just about mastering the technical skills; it’s about developing the mindset to handle the responsibility and challenges that come with the role.

Capt. Krittapas Wannathornchai 🇹🇭

Due to the pandemic, had doubts about whether should continue pursuing my dream of becoming a pilot. During that time, I worked as an engineer while also starting online ground school with AAA. After completing the necessary training courses, l decided to follow my dream and began my flight training with AAA in the 2022 FOT (AAQ) program.

My journey led me to become an Airbus 320 First Officer at one of the largest airlines in the Philippines. I am deeply grateful for the excellent professional mentoring I received from my instructors and the entire AAA team!

Capt. Alfreda Gusti Setiyoko 🇮🇩

Becoming a pilot is the most rewarding journey of my life. Growing up with a mom who was a flight attendant, I was inspired by the skies from a young age. In 2020, I took the leap and joined AAQ program in AAA Academy, excited about the journey ahead.

There were challenges along the way but the school provided the perfect environment to grow. I was surrounded by passionate instructors and students from all over the world, and the community kept me motivated even when things got tough. By 2023, I became a flight instructor, and today, I’m flying an Airbus with Cebu Pacific.

Students from different countries choose AAA for many reasons. Here are some of their thoughts about training, instructors, and life at the academy.

Kohei Shoji 🇯🇵

I choose this economy because of its quality and it’s good management skills and also because uh I’ve head a lot of good things about this school from a lot of media such as internet TV and also videos from youtube and also one of my friends is an ex-student of this school and it told me a lot of good things about this close so that’s the main reason why I choose AAA.

Mikhail Mon Santo Buechler 🇵🇭

The initial reason AAA got my interest is that they provide among one of the fastest and most reasonably priced flight training in the country.Once I was in contact with them, and had my interview, I was sure this is where I wanted to start my career as a Pilot.

The company is well structured, professional, and the staff are always eager to help the students with whatever problems they may have. That aside, as I am now coming towards the end of my training I have to say that it has been nothing besides pleasant with AAA.The location of the airport is the perfect environment away from distractions where students can concentrate on flying with other pilots that share the same interests.

Daniel Stefanus 🇮🇩

After finishing my bachelor’s degree – which wasn’t even in a science field – I realized I still had this dream of flying. I decided to give it a shot.

What surprised me was that pilot training starts with the basics. You don’t need to know everything about planes on day one. At AAA, they guided me step-by-step, and the more I learned, the more my confidence grew. The instructors were patient, and the environment really supported my growth.

Gasha R. 🇮🇩

Being a pilot means you’re committed to studying for the rest of your life because aviation is a dynamic industry. So, be curious. Seek the answer to all the things you want to know, and the AAA instructors are more than happy to explain and help you find out the answer.

What I appreciated most during my training was the balance of structure and support. At AAA, I never felt like I was on this journey alone. The instructors created an environment where it was okay not to know everything right away – as long as you stayed curious and determined to learn.

Rick R. 🇯🇵/🇬🇧

Completing my first solo flight is an experience I will never forget. I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone at AAA—my instructors, mentors, and fellow trainees-who have guided and supported me throughout this journey. Your encouragement and dedication made this achievement possible.

Maria Louella Navera 🇵🇭

I started my journey sketching buildings, but deep down, I knew my heart belonged in the skies. Leaving architecture for aviation was a leap of faith, but one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

My passion for flying only grew stronger when I joined All Asia Aviation Academy, especially through their AAQ program. The hands-on training, the supportive instructors, and the thrill of every flight made me realize l was exactly where l was meant to be.

AAA didn’t just teach me how to fly-it shaped me into a pilot ready to take on the skies with confidence.

Looking back, I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything.

Family Perspectives

Parents play an important role in supporting students pursuing aviation careers. Here are a few thoughts from families who entrusted their children’s training to AAA.

Family of an AAA Student

When my child first started flight training, our biggest hope was that everything would go smoothly and that he could adapt to the lessons. Becoming a pilot requires dedication and discipline, so as parents we always hope our children can keep up with the training and graduate successfully.

Seeing his progress during the training made us feel reassured and proud.

Parent of an AAA Graduate

When my child first started flight training, I had some concerns as a parent. The school is located near the airport, so naturally I wondered whether everything would be safe and how the training environment would be.

However, as the training progressed, I could see that the program was well structured and focused on helping students build their flight experience step by step. My child stayed focused on completing the required flight hours and was able to finish the training in about ten months.

Seeing that progress made us feel reassured about the decision.

Parent of an AAA Student

When choosing a flight school for my child, we carefully considered whether to study in our home country or overseas. In the end, we decided that studying abroad would provide valuable experiences beyond flight training.

First, living away from home helps students become more independent and learn how to adapt to a new environment. It also gives them the opportunity to interact with people from different backgrounds.

Second, training in the Philippines allows students to use English in their daily life. Developing strong English communication skills is very important for anyone pursuing a career in aviation.

For these reasons, we believed that studying abroad would be a meaningful step for our child’s future.
