All Asia Aviation (AAA) Academy is a leading flight school in the Philippines, fully approved as an Approved Training Organization (ATO) by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP). Since 2008, AAA Academy has offered direct-to-license pilot training programs, including PPL, CPL, IR, MER, FI, and ATPL Ground courses.

As the only flight school in the Philippines following Japanese management standards, AAA Academy also hosts the Airline Assessment Qualification (AAQ) course and operates its own CAAP-certified Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO), ensuring high safety standards, quality training, and operational excellence.

About the Accountable Manager

Capt. Joseph B. Ramos, Accountable Manager of AAA Academy with 46+ years aviation experience

Capt. Joseph B. Ramos is a veteran aviator with over 35,000 flight hours and more than 46 years of experience in the aviation industry. He has dedicated his career to training, safety oversight, and airline operations—bringing unmatched expertise to AAA’s pilot training programs.

    • Current Role (2016–Present): Accountable Manager and Simulator Instructor at All Asia Aviation Academy
    • Former Roles at CAAP (2011–2016): Pilot Inspector, Check Airman, OIC of TOCID
    • International Experience: Senior pilot roles with Transafric INT’L. LTD. and Safair INT’L.
    • Military Background: Former officer and pilot in the Philippine Air Force (1971–1986)

He graduated from the Philippine Military Academy, Class of 1971, and continues to serve as a mentor and guide for the next generation of pilots at AAA.
